ECAR Members Receive classes at no cost
ECAR provides education at no cost to its members, with the exceptions of Designations and Certifications. Registration is still required for all classes, so that we can ensure attendance minimums. All walk-ins will be charged $25. Any registrant that fails to show will be charged $25. As per ECAR policy, cancellations must be made 48 hours before the class’s scheduled start time.

Offers online GRI/CE, GRI/post-licensing, GRI-only and ethics courses.

ECAR does not track your continuing education credits as this requirement is managed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulations (DBPR).
Your education history on your ECAR account will only show classes taken at ECAR. Any classes taken online or with outside providers are reported directly to the DBPR, so ECAR does not have those records
You may view your continuing education requirements by logging in to your account with the DBPR and following the steps on the flyer below.
All real estate licensees are required to complete 45 hours of post-license credit during their first renewal period and 14 hours, including 3 hours of law and 3 hours of ethics, every subsequent two-year renewal cycle.
