Emerald Coast Association of RealtorsECAR is a 501 (c)(6) organization made up of more than 4,000 REALTOR® members covering Okaloosa and Walton counties ready to serve buyers, sellers and the public. Thanks to volunteer leadership, committee members and staff, ECAR helps REALTORS® so that REALTORS® can help their customers and clients.
The mission of the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS® is to assist the members in achieving an exemplary level of professionalism, integrity, and fair business practice and to enhance the REALTOR® image to the public by providing its members with the best available education, products, and services they need to succeed. To protect private property rights, influence legislation, and to be recognized as involved citizens of the community.

There’s something about the beach that makes us slow down, prioritize fun (or doing nothing) and put the technology away. Each beach area along Scenic Highway 30A has a distinct personality – finding the right fit for you and your family is where the real estate matchmaking comes in and why working with someone who’s been here since last century (yikes!) can make all the difference.
I’ve watched 30A grow to become one of the top destinations for vacationers and second homeowners. It’s been a privilege to help so many find their perfect piece of paradise.
Real estate is more than pretty houses. It’s knowing all facets – insurance, taxes, lending – along with the local details of having the best vendors – whether it’s to fix things, get your hair cut or finding the best doctor in town that can make all the difference.
